Cremation Art
There are many examples of cremation art. Now, Alex Lynch has figured out how to make a cross from the ashes. He mixes them with other materials and uses a mold to make a cross you can display as a memorial. The project was started when he was interested in making something for his mom from his dad's ashes. All she had was a box that held his ashes. He thought she needed something more so he started thinking about the options.
A Vase
His first attempt was a vase that could hold the favorite flowers of the one who has passed on. That project did not work so he had to rethink and he came up with the cross. It took him a while to figure out the materials that would work best to make the cross. Soon, he had the right formula and mixed in the ashes then presented the completed cross to his mom. The cross looks like any other cross and only you know that it is a special one unless you choose to tell someone. Then others saw it and decided they wanted one. So then he formed Windsong Memorials to make them.
If you have ashes sitting on your mantle but have always wanted to have a nice memorial, check out Windsong Memorials
